Can fresh writ be filed was not able to attend the last one

If i filed a writ pettion in allahabad high court but withdraw to liberty to file a fresh and again filed a fresh and it had also withdraw to liberty to file a review in prevoius writ but i have not file the review one n half year has passed , if i request with genuine reasons of delay than court may give a chance to liberty to file a fresh or not?
Any delay in approaching the Court can be condoned provided you have genuine reasons behind the delay. File the review with an application for condonation of delay. The delay and latches can be condoned by the Court when it is convinced with the reasons for the delay .
