Can a ST woman gift her property to her relative

My brother(sharma) married to ST(lama) girl. A brother's wife can gift a land to her relatives. Can she gift her land to my daughter(Sharma)?
Your daughter would by law, be the niece of your brother's wife and under the Law, niece and aunt are not related by blood, as such your brother's wife cannot gift her land to your daughter. If she want to transfer her land in favour of her niece, she will have to pay full stamp duty as conveyance.
