Can a mother take back property if given under compulsion

08-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mother in law has given a major chunk her landed property to her youngest daughter keeping her elder three in dark. The youngest daughters husband has plan to sell this and take the money. Does law provide any right to a husband over his wife's property ? Can the mother who is 67 take back the land given to her younger daughter as it was done under compulsion. What is the way out . How to proceed

The mother has the absolute right to dispose of her property at her discretion. In case the property was so given under compulsion, it is the mother alone who has the standing to approach the Court or the competent authority to take back the property. Incidentally, was it a gift or a sale?
