If SC government employee converted to Christianity there is problems for government job if he is selected in reservation of SC quota ?

As on the date of selection you were SC candidate. No problem will arise provided you do not publicize about your getting post under reservation quota. However you can resist such departmental enquiries if any in future by producing relevant documents.
