Can a case be transfered without going to the court

Before one year a I am suffered by chain snaching problem. Regarding same I have note complain in GRP. After one year it investigation start . Firozabad civil court issue Summon regarding same. Once I submmit application plz transfer my case to ahmedabad yet new date declaired by court. I am unable to attend case in firozabad so I want to close my court case. What I do right now so that case close without going there?
In this case you can withdraw your complaint. You can file an application in the court for the withdrawal of your complaint. Section 257 of CrPC says that If a complainant, at any time before a final order is passed in any case under this Chapter, satisfies the Magistrate that there are sufficient grounds for permitting him to withdraw his complaint against the accused, or if there be more than one accused, against all or any of them, the Magistrate may permit him to withdraw the same, and shall thereupon acquit the accused against whom the complaint is so withdrawn.
