Attachment of Property in lieu of Execution Of Decree

What will be the procedure of attachment of Bank Account of a Judgement Debtor in lieu of execution of Decree? Under which rule of Order 21 will it be covered? The decree holder don't know about the details of property of the Judgement Debtor. Though the details of his bank account are with him. So kindly help me regarding the particular issue.
