Are the daughters applicable to take equal share in property

03-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
My Grandfather has a property. As we have dowry system prevailing long back. He assumed to give daughter dowry and property to son. My grand father has expired on 1995. Now my aunt filed a case on my father on for partition. As my Grand father has expired before 2005. Will she get equal share with my father ? Is this have any link with 1986 act of AP ?

She is having the equal right on the property along with your father and she can claim it legally also when your grandfather said it like property should go to son, then he would have written a will deed on your fathers name. Now you have to consult an advocate for arbitration.
