ancestral property (i am Indian Hindu)

Ancestral property( agricultural land) my younger brother without my knowledge he got Pass book and adngal in (Andhra Pradesh) in Aspari MRO office. I gave complaint RDO, ADONI, KURNOOL DIST. After that my brother registered to someone that Ancestral property. My father and mother not there(before this happend, they also dont know). Now am i have right on that property? where i have to give complaint. My younger brother ready to kill to me for that property or he is planning to give false police complaint on me to remove my govt job.
1)Now what i have to do for that property?
2) where i have to give complaint?
If it ancestral property then you have to file a IA for cancellation of registered sale deed and file a partition suit to claim rights on that property in equal share. He can't do any false complaint on you because it is a civil case. Police person don't have any rights to file a case in land issue matters. If you have any further doubts contact me.
