After the death of my father in 2013 .My mother didn't get pension.
06-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have submitted a wp in kolkata high court on my mother's pension. Two hearing already completed. Now the honourable judge said it will come as supplementary listed motion. It all happened on September. Till now I have not seen my name in cause list. Please let me know the reason and what should I do Now?
there are a totally misadministeation in kolkata high court. there are more cases than judge. and there is no serial order I cause list. your case might fall behind many others. That's the reason. please call me. I am a lawyer of calcutta high court. maybe I could help.
