About the query of injection order

Hi,
We put a property distribution case in 2012 ans Court ordered for 1/4 th share. But we didn't make it to our names in register office.
Currently one of the person is occupied whole property and starting the construction of the house. How to stop it. I filed a complaint in local Station and they told to file injection order in court. Please help me in this regard. Also please let me know how to make 1/4th share to my name.
You just file injuntion suit before have to make all records on your name . i mean tax paid reciept, EC and sale deed or which deed you have. you can file partition suit with your family tree hence you can get your share 1/4.
