Wife living separately with kid for almost 3 years

I got married in Jan 2014.we were blessed with a baby girl on 12th March 2015. since then my wife is staying in her mother's place. its almost three n half year we are living separately. I have sent a notice through a lawyer. they also sent notice through a lawyer 3 years back. now what should i do n how can i get my baby girl back? Hindu both of us
You are advice to approach family court for restitution of conjugal life against your wife and if family court pass order to stay to gather but law provides that a minor girl child should stay with her mother
