Wife denying custodial rights to Husband

I have file the case against my x wife and she is not allowing me to meet my son who age is 9 yrs nor letting me talk on phone. This case is been proceeding since last 1 yr and still I have not got interim visiting hour of my son. My wife drinks and smoke as well. Recently she submitted another passport another aadhar card and another voter ID. Now is it crime??? And how can she not allow me to meet my son and talk when she is not having custodial documents. Its very hard to believe that if same case would have been reverse then would court have taken so much time.?? Its surprising also that court is not considering child's view. he has not given statement that he doesnt want to meet his father. infact he is more desperate than me. My x wife has also given written application in school to not to allow me to meet. She is not able to give ans on that bases she is doing this and not able to explain to the court also.
