Wife Absconded With Eleven Months Old Daughter

My wife, mother in law is absconding with my 11 months old daughter. I want to see my daughter. How should I proceed ?
you must file a missing diary with the local police station there is a format of theirs by which you can file the same as well as they can be traced out easily through police if police wants to and also lodge a general diary if things have turned sour in your relation because your wife can file false cases to harass you for few years too
