Who will be entitle to my sons guardianship after divorce

Nothing is going right between me and my husband from 1 and half year onwards my husband and my inlaws not talking a word on this no one is clearing the issue and not trying to solve instead they all stop talking with us including my husband from two months.now my son is 7 months atleast he is not taking care of my child..now im staying at my mothers home from 1 and half year .iam unemployed depending on my parents. I want to take divorce. My first question is if i ask divorce will my child will property for his further future.. second question is i dont want to mention my husband name in my son birth certificate ..can my father(grandfather)can be guardian to my son. How to mention in birth certificate without father name and surname.?.whether my father can be guardian to my son? Please help in this two questions.
