What to do if my husband tortures me and i stay separate without child

02-Jun-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
If one spouse is suffering from domestic violence and has started staying separately from the other spouse and in laws, with another known family on rental agreement, then can the other spouse or in laws file a case or complain against the separately living spouse? The landlord family is of 4 members so can the other spouse file a case of bigamy without any evidence or falsely allege? If the child is staying with the mother, can her husband forcibly take away the child to stay with him?

No, husband and in laws without evidence cannot file bigamy complaint against the wife who is staying with known family in your domestic violence case you mention that you are staying with the known family. On this ground they cannot get the custody of the daughter.
