What is the possibility of winning child's custody ?

Me and my husband married for 4 years.now we have a baby boy who is one year and 3 months old. We have some problems in our marriege and still that problems are breaking our relation again and again. Now he is after my baby. And he is saying that he want the child. But i am not ready for that.my baby is my everything.i am not ready to loose my baby.if i am filing a case for my childs custody then what is the chances for winning the case ??

1 year and 3 months. hez urs... but still be can have the visitation rights to mingle and show his love and affection to the child. But it will be strictly to day time and wont go beyond two times a month. Why u should file for the custody. Its upto him to file for a custody if he wants to. kid is only 1.3 n u will be the person with custody at present. Once he takes up the custody then only u need to go before court.
