What action can be taken against mental abuse by the father

I want to ask whether a legal action can be taken against him ? I need help as hel keeps molesting me mentally and i feel burdened . I feel like leaving the home and commiting suicide .Can any law help ?

You don't need to bear any kind of molestation from your relative be it physical or mental. You can lodge a complaint against your father in the nearest police station and you will provided an immediate help including shelter besides punishing your father

What kind of mental abuse he is doing with you.legally u can seek help from police.you can move an application after that police will investigate the matter and if they find he is guilty then police will register a case against him.whats ur age?
