want to get back my baby girl... can i go to police for help?

i run away from my matrimonial home bcoz my husband beating me n den comeback for my daughter only after dat dey all r torchering me everyday n nit n keeping my child away frome so dat i follow up by der conditions n go through MDV after n i was signing all agreement but dey didn't gv me my daughter n keep me away from her..on first hearing i withdrawal my consent after dey left the court my next date vill b at 5 march now i want my child back anyhow dey misused my snaps with my frnd against me n telling everyone dat i hav an affair dats y i m going away from der home.. nobody is with me every one is against me..i m calling for help on 181 n 1098 too..but der was no response.my child is just five year old..dey prove me characterless in front of everyone..what can i do now?
