07-Mar-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I have taken Mutual consent divorce in Feb 2018 after 9 years of marriage . My wife has custody of 3&1/2 year old son and I have visitation rights for 4 hours in 2 months. Now I am not allowed to meet more than one hour saying baby wants to sleep/wants to go-to toilet etc.also grandparents are constantly coming in between meeting. Also they don't respond timely and keep on postpone meeting. I want to Know my options.

If there is any sort of violation of court order then in that case u have the legal right to file contempt of that order in that particular case. In ur case since ur wife is trying to create hindrance in the directions of court, she is committing an act of crime by disobeying the court orders. U can file contempt petition in that particular court which has given u the visitation rights

You have an option to file execution and contempt petition of the mutual divorce decree order. You can claim your rights before the court and write all your griviences whatever you are facing in details.
