my husband took away my daughter who had just turned 6 a year back without informing me and filed injunction case against me. /my daughter doesnt speak to me now and doesnt want to meet me. is it worthit to fie for custody case or do i just file for a visitation rights ??
hello client as i can see tht your husband have taken away your daughter its totally illegal wheather your daughter talk to you or not but before the child attain the age of 8 years the child custody will remail with mother only as per law as your husband have done it with out informing you .so you have to file custosy case .
