Visitation Rights of parents after divorce

I am husband and recently got divorce. My ex wife has kept captive of my child and doesn tallow to meet or see. I am i Coimbatore and her maternal home is nilgiris, which are neighbouring districts in tamilnadu. She and her mother are lawyers and unfortunately they are bad remark in the society. The law community is also aware of this. Now, my question is 1. Can I still file for custody at Coimbatore, while child is in Nilgiris ? 2. what if i get visitation and they still don t show the child ? 3. She is threatening me of DVA after 3 years of separation and divorce now ? Is it still valid ? Kindly help. Thanks and Regards P.S: Her mother is an influential person, who can go upto an extent to get things done. Currently, I feel completly cut off from my child.
