Unite back family with wife and kids
29-Jul-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
From last 2 months, wife staying in PG with 2 Year old daughter and kept son at brother place. She has taken TC from current school without my consent and admitted our son at brother place school. Wife brother came to our house 2 months and taken wife and our kids. Wife claiming, she don't have any feeling for me so moving to other city (Himanchal) for the new job and taken both kids from us. She is saying whatever she is doing it is good for kid’s future. She is completely motivated by his elder brother. Daughter 2-Year-old and Son is 9-Year-old. Let me know how to unite back with family.
yes file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and also file for custody of children and ask for visiting rights, further when she comes to court there will be conciliation where it can be possible to convince and get her back if not then you can think of divorce by mutual consent and welfare ,custody and education of children and get seperated or United peace fully.
