To lend money to the immaturity childby money lender

To the prime advocate that my child which is to be found immaturity stage having been forcely pressed by money lender so being father of my child I am requested to advocate under the law of government that is because moneylender had lent money to my child without any prepermissionof father but moneylender had been asking for money several times Tomy child but it was totally unreliable under the law of government if there is a all of sudden action against moneylender in the law of government therefore again requested to prime advocate kindly suggest me the advice to free from it.
