Choose is your try to get proof either in black and white along with an eminent counselor officer for Court's legal proceedings representations or else wait for the child to request court to request court to hand over to you.

You can file a plea in the family court to get the child to the child counceller of the court if the child counceller is satisfied the report submitted by the counceller can get the access as well as custody of the child
