I want my family back or I want my child back from her. I want to file for child custody from India. Please advice if this is possible to file for custody from India to Dubai?
If you are Indian citizen and residing here you can file from here giving her address if she doesn't contest you can get an exparte order from court and get custody of the child thereafter. Please note that you must have strong grounds to seek custody of child
