Minor girls getting mental/physical tortures by parents what to do

17 n 12 year old girls are getting mental and physical tortures by their father and mother.kids wants to live with their grand parents Their father is an alcoholic.. and mother has an affair with other man.father came to know the affair of his wife then his wife has ran away from home from 2 days. 17 years old kid says that her father touches her inappropriately.legally how can we bring the kids to their grand parents house.the girl is ready to file complaint

As you told, the grand mother can take that child to their custody and also sought for guardianship from the court. As you told at present it is better to file a complaint against the father for his cruelty with the jurisdictional police with the help of any care taker of the children. Because as per law they are minor to proceed by way of legal method.
here under above such circumstances they can also file the complaint though a proper representative or next family friend by explaining the torture and also possible to take police protection.
In case ,if the grand mother want to take custody of these children, request the grand mother to take custody of the child by filing necessary application by explaining the reasons in detail.
