अगर अब आपकी गर्लफ्रेंड 18 साल साल की हो चुकी हैं और आपके साथ रहने के लिए तैयार हैं तो इसके लिए बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण की की रिट पिटिशन माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में दाखिल करनी पड़ेगी उसके बाद आपकी गर्लफ्रेंड की इच्छा अनुसार माननीय उच्च न्यायालय उसकी कस्टडी आपको प्रदान कर सकता है

If your girlfriend is now attend the age of majority i.e 18 years,then you can file a habeas corpus petition before High Court. Upon this petition court can summon the girl before itself and will pass the order of release.
If girl is now major then she is free to live where she wants.
