Legal remedy for visitation rights by father
27-Jan-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I was married in 2011 and blesd with a boy. My wife applied divorce petition under sec 13(1)(a) and obtained injunction order against me in dec 2013. Now I filed GOP seeking my son's custody. From d date of injunction order I have seen my son for one time only till now. He completes his five 5 years by 2018 september. My wife is not attending to GOP or FCOP on the ground dat she is working and did not getting leave. My lawyer also not showing interest in my case and neither coming nor sending his juniors. In GOP I have filed evidence affidavit. 29-1-2018 cross examination is there. Now is it necessary that I should be accompanied by my lawyer during cross examination. I want to see my son every week and want to bring him to my home so that my old mother can see him. How is this possible???
Already case is before court you will talk and discuss with advocate , there is possible to file I.A. for visitation rights as father if you feel your advocate is not interested you have a chance to change your advocate, but at the time of cross examination your advocate is not necessary..cont.advocate
