Legal action against visitation rights as child under stress
14-Jan-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
My 7 Year Old Child Is Refusing To Meet Non Custodial Parent his Father after he has remarried. The child literally cries and creates fuss with custodial parent. What can be done here please advice. Can I stop the visitation basis this? Also the remarriage of the other parent has changed the visitation arrangement. The child is under tremendous stress every time he goes to meet his father also is ill treated by the fathers new wife. Child has been forcefully made to interact with this woman. The child is often neglected during these visits and physically injured too. Please help!!
Hi.... u file a memo before jurisdictional court by stating all this allegations and if u have good case u can stop his father visitation rights also. But u have to produce proof for that.
Thank you

You can file application before court in which the court has given visitation rights to the father and you have to explain all the stress cause to your child and ill treatment by the new wife of father. You have to re-open the case.

Dear Madam
Yes, you can move an application before the concerned Family Court and seek cancellation of visitation rights of father on the ground of his marriage with another woman. If family courts rejects then prefer appeal.
