Is there any provision for temporary custody of children?

I want to divorce my husband on grounds of incompatablity..i have been looking after my children almost singel handedly as he has no job.the children are testube babies and its such a painful procedure for any woman .yet my husband and his family says they would not give me the children(twin girls aged5) .si i am not being to move out from my husbands house as i feae they may file a case of abandonement on me.is there some temperory child custody so that i can move out with my kids till the divirce is going on?
Dear mam your case is easy as ur husband is forcing u and he forceful expelling is unlawful .U have right to claim gaurdainship and possession of ur twin daughter .U have to file Case and F I R Against ur husband .Case should be in family court .criminal court .
