Is it legal to take child away without father's permission

my wife and me have a family dispute and she also have filed a 498a case againest me and she also have taken away my 2.5 year od son but she work and live in gurgaon and she left my son with her parents and brother family. is it leagle ...????? to keep my son there without my permisson and what should i do to get my son back to me
Hello you can file suit custody with proof ...and appko five year se phele custody nhi but apko visitation right mil skta...h or jb tk case decide ...hoga tb tk apko cucustody bhi mil jaegi.
