In-laws problem. My child is 10 months old.

I want my child's custody.
Since marriage my mother keeps shouting at me . When I want to work she doesn't. Let me work.
It is mandatory for me or other in the house to ask her permission before doing anything.
Even for going to bath and sleep we have to take her permission.
Now after the child she does not shout. But doesn't let. Me do anything in the house. She doesn't let me cook.
If I want to talk to my relatives or parents on phone or in person I should talk in front of her.
She doesn't let me earn. I am a biomedical engineer.
My husband spends all his time with his sister ND mother. He comes in the bedroom at 2 am.
He doesn't even talk to me.
My mother in law keeps track of my bathing time.
She wants me to visit my parents only after 8 or 15 days. Even though our house is 10 min apart.
My husband fights with me. When he becomes angry he throws whatever thing comes in his hand. Or beats himself.
He abuses my parents. And me.
