Court always sees the welfare of the child whether it is with mother or father and also somewhere considers the wish of the child. However mother can claim the child by filing the custody case but the court will consider all aapects and welfare of the child and will give his final judgment accordingly.for further clarification you can contact me

yes you can get custody, however, it depends upon your strategy and grounds taken by you. Usually minor children remain in the custody of mother, but court can still decide custody in favour of the father if it is in the best interest of the child. However, if you have strong grounds you may get custody.
