Husband threatening to file for divorce 6 month child

My husband threatening me to divorce. I have 6 month boy child and he is with me now. I want his custody. So does I have to file an application in family court for custody? Is there any possibility my husband can take my child away from me?

Hi ; as per the provisions of the law mother is natural guardian for an kid upto the age of 5 yrs. until some exceptions are not applied . So you do not have to worry for; in that regard as such . Better you can take the help of family members , counseling sessions etc. to resolve the issues , else the law do have its provisions.
