Husband is torturing me and not allowing to meet child what can i do

I am suffering through mental torture from my husband. We have married and have two kids. My elder son is with my mother and my daughter is with us. He is jobless now from last one year and I leave with him but don't give any expenses from last 6 years. Now again he has started torturing me mentally and uses abusive words. I want my daughter what should I do
