Husband and in laws harassing how to get child custody

I'm a Hindu woman married since 4yrs going through physical and mental harassement by in-laws and husband but coping all these years.recently delivered a girl baby 45 days back.my in-laws are not taking care of me since it's girl child even not providing me with food so fought with them and asked my parents to take me home.my husband refused to send my 3yr old son. I wanted to file complaint on them under harassement.when can I get back my son.

Defiantly you can file the complaint or your can file a case for maintenance. As you told, there is a huge harassment, yu go and file the complaint against the concerned person. Please also mention that they are neglecting you take back to their house on the reason of giving birth to female child.
