My wife and her family take my 4 month old baby girl with her forcefully. Can I get back my baby?
नहीं ! आप कानूनन अपने बच्चे के नैसर्गिक अभिभावक हैं किन्तु 5 वर्ष तक के बच्चे को आप उसकी माँ से अलग नहीं कर सकते (केवल विशेष परिस्थितियों को छोड़कर)।
बच्चे के 5 वर्ष के होने के उपरांत ही आप इस बाबत कानूनी कार्रवाई करें, तो उचित होगा ।

As per your query, your child is at very tender age of 4 months, until and unless you will not be able to prove that your wife is not in position to maintain your child with care and affection, up till the age of 5 years you will not be able to claim the custody of the child.
