How to get restraining order against husband to see daughter

Staying separately with my parents with 1 year old daughter due to wild behavior of husband, but my husband comes frequently and takes my daughter forcibly for 2-3 days but does not take proper care. Not yet divorced. Can i stop him ?
Approach 'lok adaalat' if you want to save marriage or the "Magistrate" u/Sec. 18 and 21 of the 'Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ' (for breivty, "DV Act, 2005") for the redressal of the relief.

You need to file for divorce immediately and you can also file for restraining order wherein you can prevent your husband front taking the daughter till the divorce is granted on the ground that the father doesn't take adequate care of the daughter and there will always be a threat to the daughter.
