As per your religion you must obtain divorce from the masque in her presence. It will be issued by Kazi in presence of mediators. Talaq nama will be drafted and signed by Kazi, you and two witnesses and three months maintenance will be fixed by Kazi given by way of Demand Draft. If she will not come to Masque then you must pronounce Talaq in her absence and send talaq nama and maintenance by way of registered post with acknowledgement due.
