Daughter is 7yrs old in 1st standard, but influenced by mother in law, she is creating a scene and keeping daughter with her, husband is supporting his mother, but financially not well, mothers family is well settled and wants daughter custody. FIR has been raised by mother and the case was of high level of domestic violence
Its ok about all the facts and controversies and the disputes amongst the family members but now present what we have to want
Whether we want child custody
Or we have to take an action against the family members
