How to get birth certificate of a Child whose Father is Unknown ?

I have adopted a girl child from a single mother. In the birth certificate there the name of the father is not mentioned. Now I am a single woman and the biological mother of the girl child was unmarried at the time she conceived the baby. now the registrar and birth certificate issuing office is not making the birth certificate and forcing to put a fathers name in the certificate. What can be done in this situation since the father of the baby is unknown
If you have the documents of adoption then, alongwith them then give to the registrar and put your husband's name in the parent's section. In case there is no adoption certificate then apply for the same. And mention her (daughter) parent's name (your name) in the parent's name section.

you can a girl child and boy child adopt easily. first you must meet DM of your dist. and age gap of 21 year of you and your adopt child, and you cant affidavit support of father name and mother name, just in new law concept the father name is not necessary
