How to file for visiting rights to meet my child

I and my wife marriage for 4 years and have a child of 7 months live in my native place of dhule, due to of some dispute my wife with child left my home since 7 months, I make a case File against her for marriage petition act 9 and I not want any divorce. My wife live to her mother with my child in jalgaon district. She and her parents obstruct me to meet my child. My reqùest is how I File visiting rights to visit my child and which court either dhule or jalgaon court.
if you are from mumbai you can file the custody petition in bandra family court. or else if any divorce matter is going on you can ask for the access rights in the same case.

Dear friend my first advice to you will be to send a legal notice to your wife for restitution of conjugal rights . Which will make her to think to come back to you moreover the problem of child custody will solve itself. And you do not have to think any legal solution to visit your child . If in case she is not willing to come back then you have an option to initiate legal action at your hometown at Dhule by making an application for child visits.
