How to file for custody of child

I hv got a divorce petition frm my husbands lawyer stating i cannot hv access to my 6 year old daughter nor can i challenge this in court in future. All i want is basic rights to meet her twice a month n file for custody in future if she is not taken care of well. I dnt hv any vested interest hence have not claimed for alimony. Religion Hindu

Having no access for mother just not possible. @ the time of filing petition always paternal plan which petitioner or Respondent has to submit in the court. Kindly go through it. And choose what what you want from it.

Dear client, from the above description I have not get the idea whether you both are going to do second marriage in future, for females new husbands especially loves the wife but hates her children, in which children become of depressive minds if your husband takes responsibility for your daughter that is good for you.the rights of meet, even vested interest you can claim at any time .Being a mother and being female child mother can care for that hence court will permit you even you accepted present condition don't worry about that.please rate me if you like my advice,
