Hindu.i hv a baby(2.5y) scolded nd beaten neglected by mom.doctr also warned her. How I can get the custody of baby while filling divorce..

Its a pathetic situation for father to tolerate this type of mishappwning..But law is very strict about custody..I have seen law has given a sucking baby to its lunetic mother for better security..till 5 years you should not contest for custody pwyition but send all necessity of your cjild..even ask for care taker to appoint for ur child from court..you can transfer money to a secured account known to your wife for child development..you may deposit same amount even in court. But if you apply you nay ruin your case if your evidence is poor..try for giving maintenance to your wife and child is best policy.
