Hllo sir , meri marriage 2007 main hui thi aur meri shadi k ik saal baad meri in laws mere sath mar peet krne lge kyu k mere ek beti hui thi , uske baad mera panchyati divorce ho gya , aur meri beti mere husband ne le lii, but main apni beti k begair na reh saki fir 2 month baad hum log fir sath rehne lge , esa 3 bar hua panchyati divorce hua uske baad humare beta hua fir 3 saal baad mere husband nd in laws ne muje bahar nikal diya aur 2 bache apne pass rakh liye , fir mere husband ne sec 9 ka case lga diya mere against aur 5 month baad case dismiss krwa diya abi muje apne parents k ghar 15 month ho gye mere bache mujse dur hai plzz meri help kr do mere pass court case k liye money nii hai plzzz muje advice do k main kya karoo muje mere bache chahiye
dnt wry you can file case under guardian and ward act for custody of child.you have not taken divorce from any court.so panchyati divorce is not valid in eyes of law.file complaint case against your in laws .
