How child Councillor can help to get child access. Need to approach HC

3 year old son.Wife denying access. When we approach family court judge with interim access prayer he refused to admit it twice. Judge asked us to take appointment of child councillor and decide mutually in front of him. Earlier in front of marriage councillor wife not cooperating to give any child access. How child councillor can help in getting child access? Can I approach high court for child access ?
Yes you can approach HC challenging interim order passed by family court. Child being 3 yrs only, mother is his natural guardian. Visitation rights can only be granted as the child is below five years.

Why did the Family Court refuse to give you access? Normally, the question of child councillor comes when the child is not willing to come and meet the father. The role of the child councillor is to speak to the both of you as well and try to understand and examine your relationship, the finding of which will then be communicated by him to the Judge. I can only advice you whether to approach the High Court or not after understanding the matter.
