How can i get child custody of my son who is 1.5 years old.

I got married before 2.5 years and have a son 1.5 yrs old. I am going through harassment by my wife and I am applying for divorce. I want my son custody. I am working as manager and wife is not working. Please help.
Dear client custody of child remain with mother natrually up to five years of age. So u have to file for custody after completion of five years of child. Right now u can claim visitation rights if child is not with u. For any legal help call me
