Habeas corpus filed by my ex husband in Delhi high court

Can the citizens of India, ( both my children) be asked to go back abroad with their father even if they do not want to go on the pretext that the jurisdiction lies with the courts abroad ? Both the children and myself are Indian citizens though
as you have been asking the question on behalf of ur children thequestion is very well legal and very much important as well . in this matter if the father of the tryies to grab the custody of the childrens its not very much easy as per indian law. is concern both your childrens need your permission as well and the indian law will fevour the custody towards the mother itself first instead the father .if tou want you can take assitance of a lawyer who will help you properly in this matter.
