Granted interim order but husband filed for stay order in HC
31-Aug-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
Family court ordered Interim custody to the mother on July 1, 2018, and hand over my baby within 1 month of the ordered date. Yet now he hand over my baby to me But my husband filed for stay order in High Court. So how should I proceed for the Family Court Interim order.
Hi... If he had filed petition for stay then you have to appear before high court after receiving summons or before that and you have to convince the judge why stay order should not grant.
