Got temporary custody of my son which husband challenged for stay

Hi, I have got a court order for temporay custody of my son and now my husband has filed a stay petition against this order. My question is will this order be invalid immediately after his stay petition is recieved or first that stay petition has to be approved by the judge and how much time will it take for the stay petition to be approved. Thanks

Firstly did you contact your advocate and might be helpful advice he has given still. You have to file counter in his stay petition to vacate the order then it depends on the bench for maintaining the case to listen the main case or not
